Payless Online Pharmacy provides FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS except:

• if package weight exceeds 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
• if package exceeds the dimensions provided by Canada Post
• if any medication ordered requires refrigeration

International Shipping Cost (Outside Canada or the US):

Shipping cost will be between $35.00- $60.00 USD.

International orders require additional postage based on the destination and package weight. You may place your order using the shopping cart, and we will pack your order and inform you of the shipping cost to be paid. If the shipping cost is unacceptable to you, we will not ship your order.

Payless Online Pharmacy.com also sends group orders, (i.e. families or residents sharing an address) provided that orders are placed on the same day and the medication is available to be shipped together.

Shipping Method, Time, and Tracking:
All packages shipped from Canada are shipped through Canada Post using Expedited Parcel post:  Expedited Parcel - U.S.A. has a delivery expectation of 6 to 12 business days between major centres in Canada and major centres in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply). However select orders may be shipped using Express Post U.S.A. This is our premier shipping method ensuring fast delivery. Xpresspost - U.S.A. delivers in 3 to 5 business days.

All orders shipped from one of our international pharmacies are shipped using regular mail. You can expect to receive your order within 14 business days after it is shipped. You may contact us to find out how your order will be shipped.

Every package that is shipped from Canada has a tracking number provided by Canada Post and can be tracked by visiting the Canada Post website. If you require assistance with tracking your order, or have not received it within 14-days after we send you notification that your order has been shipped, please call us toll-free at 1-866-299-3784.

Please note that some orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive a partial order and need to inquire about the remaining medication, please call us. To ensure that your medication arrives on time, please remember to place your order well in advance. Sometimes issues like the ordered medication being backordered and/or being randomly selected for inspection by the US Customs can cause unforeseen delays.

Please remember to always order your medication a minimum of 4 weeks before your current supply runs out.
