The fastest way to refill an order is either by telephone or online. The choice is yours. Both are fast and convenient.

Online Refills: Just log into your account and click on “Refill Your Medication” and you’ll be able to quickly re-order your medication.

Phone Refills: Call us toll-free at 1-866-299-3784 and one of our Customer Service Reps will place the order for you.

Step-by-Step Online Ordering Process

Step 1: Login to your account.

• EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Type in your "User Name" and "Password" in the "Member Login" box and then click on "LOGIN".
• NEW CUSTOMERS: Go here to create an account for yourself, or click on "NEW USER SIGNUP" in the "Member Login" box.

Step 2: To find the product you are looking for:

• Enter the name of the drug you are looking for in "SEARCH" box and hit "Go".
• Or Click on the "BROWSE DRUGS" link to search for products alphabetically.
• From the returned results, click on the "product name or image" to see all product listings, or select the product from the "drop-down menu" and click on "Buy Now".
• For "REFILL ORDERS" click on the "Quick Refill" link in the main navigation or click on the "Refill Your Medication" link on "Your Account" page.

Step 3: When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the "BEGIN CHECK OUT" link in your cart.

Step 4: Select how you will send us the prescription from the drop-down menu if the medication requires a prescription.

Step 5: Select the date (default date is today) you would like the order to be processed on.

Step 6: Select the payment method you would like to use to pay for the medication and click on "CONTINUE".

Step 7: If you are paying by credit card please fill in the "CREDIT CARD INFORMATION" section and click on " CONTINUE".

Step 8: If an "Order ID Number" appears, congratulations, your order has been successfully placed.

Step 9: If the drug requires a prescription please write the order ID number on the prescription and fax it to us.
