Order Mix Up

Our goal is to see every customer is 100% satisfied with the service and products they receive from Payless Online Pharmacy… your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.

If you receive an order that is not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll be happy to reship your order. We do ask that you mail back the original order, un-opened and in its original condition via regular US Postal Mail Service. DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF EXPRESS SHIPMENT. All products returned require prior authorization. If you need to return something or receive something that you did not order, please contact us.

If you find you are dissatisfied with our Customer Service, we ask that you speak to a Customer Service Manager so we can make things right. For up-to-date and detailed return policy information, please contact the Customer Service manager at 1-866-299-3784.

Return Policy

It is illegal to re-stock or re-sell medication that has been previously dispensed. As such, Payless Online Pharmacy will only issue full refunds to patients who provide a satisfactory reason for the cancellation and/or return of an order.

Payless Online Pharmacy WILL ISSUE a FULL REFUND if:

• a shipping error made was by Payless Online Pharmacy which resulted in the patient not receiving their correct medication.
• medication gets lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Payless Online Pharmacy WILL NOT REFUND the full amount if:

• the customer decides to purchase their medication elsewhere.
• the customer refuses the order due to delays imposed by customs.
• customer error (i.e. the customer ordered the wrong medication, etc)
• If the customer cancels the order with legitimate reason(s):
  • and the order is still at Payless Online Pharmacy, a full refund minus $10 USD for administration costs will be credited to the customer's account.
  • and the customer has received the medications, a full refund minus $20 USD will be credited to the customer's account to cover administration fees and shipping costs once the product has been returned.
  • and the customer refuses the order upon arrival, a full refund minus $30 USD will be credited to the customer's account to cover administration fees, and dual shipping costs once the product has been returned.
